Nordic walking (hiking with special sticks) means to combine the sense full moves of skiing, walking and jogging.
Nordic walking is good for both, the (sport)-beginner but also for the ambitioned sportsman/woman.Not many other sports are so effective, without risks and possible to be practised by everybody easily.
